After more than three decades working in the Savannah-area real estate market, Steffany Farmer has learned that every home — and every move — has a story.
Throughout her career, she has guided homeowners through many of life’s transitions, from downsizing after decades in a beloved home to helping families decide what to do with an inherited property. Over time, she saw a common need: many homeowners wanted thoughtful guidance and a strategic plan long before they were ready to place a home on the market.
The Key Design Collection was created from that experience.
Steffany brings a deep understanding of market trends, buyer expectations, and return on investment. She works closely with homeowners to evaluate opportunities, develop strategic plans, and determine the improvements that can enhance both a home’s appeal and its long-term value.
Her philosophy is simple: every home deserves a thoughtful strategy that respects its history while preparing it for its next chapter.
Lindsay Boatright
Co-founder of Key Design Collection and is the owner and lead designer of K. Lindsay Designs.
Her early career was spent as an interior and exterior designer and later a manager of private jets, designing highly customized aircraft for clients around the world. For nearly a decade, she worked with some of the most discerning clientele imaginable, where budgets were limitless and the possibilities for design were truly endless. That experience gave her a deep understanding of exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the importance of delivering a finished product that exceeds expectations.
After years of long days, sleepless nights, and constant travel, Lindsay chose to shift her focus toward her family and a different kind of design passion - creative, hands-on solutions that make beautiful spaces achievable at any budget.
In 2012, during one of the most challenging real estate markets in recent history, she obtained her Georgia real estate license. Not for the obvious reasons, but because she has always had a knack for seeing the potential in homes that others overlook. At a time, much like today, when many people feel the dream of a beautiful home within their budget is out of reach, Lindsay helps clients see what could be, not just what was.
Over the years, this ability to recognize potential has grown into a diverse range of services through K. Lindsay Designs, all built around one core principle: client satisfaction. Today, Lindsay works closely with homeowners, builders, and Realtors® throughout the greater Savannah area, helping transform spaces in ways that maximize beauty, functionality, and value.
Brice Farmer
Project Manager
Brice Farmer brings a lifelong connection to the real estate industry along with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach to every project. Having grown up immersed in the business, he offers a natural understanding of the process from both a client and operational perspective.
As a licensed Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Legacy, Brice plays a key role in the execution of the Key Design Collection strategy. He serves as the project manager, helping guide each property from initial concept through completion.
Brice is responsible for creating digitally enhanced design visuals that help clients and buyers clearly see a home’s potential. He also coordinates with trusted vendors and contractors to obtain estimates, and oversees recommended repairs and upgrades to ensure each project is carried out efficiently and to a high standard.
With a detail-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to client service, Brice enjoys helping homeowners and buyers bring their goals to life — turning ideas into actionable plans and, ultimately, into finished results.
